salesman/broker since 1965. He attended Kent State University for
Business Administration Sales Management and Business Economics.

Scott Lewis
Vice President of Edward J. Lewis, Inc.
Scott Lewis is a 1982
graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Real Estate
and Finance. In 1986 he became the third generation to join the
family business. Scott is the Vice-President of Edward J. Lewis,
Inc. and oversees its real estate brokerage and property management
divisions. As a real estate Broker he is personally responsible for
the disposition of retail, office and industrial real estate
averaging over 500,000 SF annually over the previous five years.
Since Scott is a licensed Broker for the State of Pennsylvania he
also works closely with the Northwest Penn Development Corp. which
is the public entity for Sharon/Hermitage, PA community
developments.

James Grantz is a 1987

Michael Hodak III
Michael Hodak was a

Lewis, Inc. in 1989. He served in the United States Marine Corps
from 1970-1972 and worked for General Motors for ten years. Michael
is a graduate of Kent State University and has a background in
development and construction. He currently works with clients as
